Waiata Rise

Welcome to Waiata Rise

where exceptional living meets natural beauty. Waiata Rise was Old New Zealand's first development, featuring unique and fully fenced sections nestled in the peaceful Minden Lifestyle Zone of Te Puna, Tauranga.

Experience the tranquility of living amidst mature native trees and picturesque views. Our development has covenants in place to protect your investment and ensure easy living. Water collection and wastewater systems are the responsibility of each site owner.

Located just minutes away from Te Puna Village, you'll have access to a medical centre, vet, restaurants, daycare and other valuable amenities. Plus, with quick access to the new northern route highway that's currently under construction, you'll enjoy a seamless commute to the rest of Tauranga.
